David G. Kock has completed legal studies at the University of Aruba, University of Curacao, Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Universidad de la Sabana and Universidad Externado de Colombia.
He is admitted to practice law on all the islands of the Dutch Caribbean as well as in Colombia. In criminal cases he defends clients at the Supreme Court in the Hague, Holland. He focuses on Commercial, Labor, Civil and Criminal law. He teaches Labor Law at the University of Aruba and has different legal publications on his name.
He is a member of the Disciplinary Appeals Court for Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire. Furthermore Mr. Kock is a member of the Council of State of Aruba, an independent constitutional board which must advise the Government and Parlament on all drafts of law. In his free time he is a farmer, enjoying the connection with nature and trying to contribute in the quest for sustainability.
